In memory of Former Colleague, Ji艡铆 Kraus

It is with great sadness that the Anglo-American University in Prague announces that our friend, and former colleague, , has passed away (on 23.10.2022) at the age of 87.

Prof. Ph.Dr. Ji艡铆 Kraus, DrSc. was the original Guarantor of Journalism & Communications for the School of Journalism.

While he was never a lecturer for our faculty, he attended academic events for the School and he guided the curriculum development. He was a highly respected professor at Faculty of Sciences at Charles University, and the Academy of Sciences, Czech Republic. Moreover, he was always a kind and gracious gentleman and a friend to many of us.
