Greg has an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering, as well as a Master of Computer Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

He worked previously in the U.S. as an engineer at Ford Motor Company and consulted on projects for SMEs in Poland as well as for DHL Information Systems in Prague. In addition, he operated in strategic marketing at Honeywell Aerospace Prague and GE Aviation Czech, where he specialized in commercial aviation in emerging markets.

His interests include the global macro, geopolitical, and economic environments, having delivered lectures on this subject and taught a course on the international business environment at Chapman University.

Silvia is certified Scrum Master and Agile coach. She completed her PhD studies in Marketing Communication in 2017. In 2018 she started her career in Prague where she has a unique opportunity to work on different coaching positions and international projects.

Silvia’s hobbies are travelling, photography, communication, social media and design.

Joel Imhoof earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas and a Masters of International Management from Teesside University in the UK. He has been lecturing at universities in Europe for 15 years and has worked in sales, public relations and advertising both in the USA and in the Czech Republic. He is a founding partner of Language & Skills, a network of teachers focused on delivering high-end hard/soft skills seminars. 

Joel has been a member of the community in various roles since 2016. Having taught courses at the MBA, Master’s, and Bachelor’s levels, his interests include entrepreneurship, branding, personal development and everything marketing. Joel also runs monthly trivia nights for the university where he shares his love of learning with students in a less formal and slightly more competitive environment.
